A Late Summer Engagement Session at Fort Stamford Park

I first met Samantha and Michael at a Bridal Expo in the spring. They reached out afterwards, and we met at our studio in Greenwich, CT to discuss wedding photography and view albums. We are so excited to photograph their wedding next year, and last weekend I had the honor of photographing their engagement session at Fort Stamford Park in Stamford, CT!

We met right before sunset, and with many of the late summer blooms still filling the grounds, it was the dreamiest spot for these loving photos. The stonework, the greenery and the tranquility makes Fort Stamford so special and so beautiful for intimate portraits.

We took this time to get them comfortable in front of the camera, and trying out different poses and angles in preparation for the wedding day. The next time I see Samantha and Michael they will be saying “I do!”, but until then it’s back to planning for their special day! Congratulations to this soon to be Mr. & Mrs. on their engagement!
