A Backyard Children's Portrait Session to Mark the End of Summer

Ending the summer with this sweet family session at my clients home! Amy reached out wanting to photograph her children together before they all head back to school, so we met at her home in Greenwich about an hour before sunset. Her daughter will be starting college in the fall, so she wanted to capture these memories of her with her brothers before sending her off!

Having a photograph of a moment in time can be so important for our memories, which can fade so quickly. It’s easy to forget the little details, and looking at a photograph can bring back so many memories. Having these are important for your children to look back on as adults, as well as for yourself. I love looking back at photographs of my own son and daughter and feeling so lucky to have captured those moments and be able to relive them. It’s also a great way to share with family and friends who might live far away or can’t always visit.

As parents we often find ourselves behind the camera rather than in front of it when taking these memorable photos. If you are interested in family photography, please contact us here, we’d love to work with you and give you professional photos to cherish for a lifetime!
