Family Portrait Session in Danbury, CT

Only 5 days until Christmas! I'm working on finishing up my last photo edits of 2014 with some last-minute shopping on the side. My final family shoot of this year is this afternoon in Rye, NY, then off to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. I want to wish all of you reading a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! May God bless you and your families with great health, love, happiness, and prosperity.

Today, I wanted to share some select shots from a portrait session of a lovely family in Danbury, CT after the Thanksgiving holiday. The family wanted to capture portraits as they were all getting together at their parents' home for the week. We had a little snowfall beforehand and it was definitely chilly, but the kids were very well-behaved for the session. Their matching outfits set a great theme for these shots which provided a nice contrast against the winter scenery.

How cute are these kids? Loved the headbands on the girls!

We started the session with their large family portrait, then we broke down into individual family portraits, ending with solo shots on the back patio (where the girls felt like being little divas in the header image!).  Enjoy this time with your family and friends and be sure to capture your holidays with some good photos that will last a lifetime. Your kids will definitely appreciate looking back on these moments.

Happy holidays!
