Amanda & Steve’s Waterfront Wedding at The Village Stamford, CT
Amanda and Steve’s wedding day at The Village in Stamford was the definition of calm, intimate, and full of heart. From the very beginning, the energy of the day felt relaxed and effortless, one of those weddings where everyone is exactly where they’re meant to be, enjoying every moment as it unfolds.
A Chill, Thoughtful Start
The entire day began at The Village, where Amanda got ready in the venue’s intimate bridal suite. It was a quiet, joyful morning filled with conversation, soft light, and anticipation. Amanda was absolutely radiant in her gown, and the champagne-colored bridesmaid dresses added such an elegant, cohesive feel to the space.
Meanwhile, Steve and the guys were upstairs near the rooftop, hanging out, laughing, and getting their flowers pinned. The contrast between the two spaces, Amanda tucked away below and Steve soaking in the rooftop air above, made for such a natural, unhurried start to the day.
Rainy Plans, Beautiful Adjustments
When rain rolled in, the ceremony was thoughtfully moved indoors. Even with the change, the atmosphere stayed warm and intimate, proving that the best weddings aren’t about perfect weather, they’re about the people in the room. The ceremony felt personal and emotional, with everyone fully present and focused on Amanda and Steve.
As luck would have it, the skies cleared just in time for their first look and formal portraits. That pocket of sunshine gave us the perfect window to step outside and capture some truly beautiful moments, natural, romantic, and filled with so much connection between the two of them.
From First Look to Last Dance
From the first look to the last dance, Amanda and Steve were glowing with love. Their joy was completely contagious, and it showed in every interaction, quiet glances, shared laughter, and the way they moved through the day together. It was such a pleasure documenting their story and all the moments in between that made their wedding uniquely theirs.
We’re so excited to share more from their day, and we’re incredibly grateful they trusted us to capture it. Amanda and Steve, thank you for letting us be part of such a meaningful celebration, we loved every minute of it 🤍
