Celebrating Love in Autumn: Riana & Michael's Wedding in Stamford, CT
Congratulations to Riana & Michael! It was very rainy this past weekend, but that didn’t hinder their special day- and after all as the saying goes, a rainy wedding day means good luck! Riana looked absolutely exquisite, and their love was a true honor to capture. This wedding was a fabulous ending to our busy wedding season, and we are so excited to share our favorite sneak peeks!
Their wedding and reception were held at The Stamford Museum & Nature Center, a favorite of ours to photograph at! Every detail from Riana’s dress to bouquet was just absolutely breathtaking. The two big blooms in her bridal bouquet are the national flower of South Africa (The King Protea) - where she’s from! Her parents and grandma traveled from there to be a part of her big day, and were so overjoyed to witness this union. Although her sister couldn’t make it, she gave the most heartwarming speech at the reception through video! It was so sweet, and not a dry eye in the room. Their friend is officiated the ceremony, and Riana’s dad did a blessing of the marriage.
